The reception staff, nice and attentive people! The waitresses in the morning shift cafeteria, wonderful girls..
treatment of the waiters in the cafeteria of the night shift, we arrived at 22. 40 to the hotel, super kind receptionist told us, you arrive on time to the cafeteria, they close at 23h, it would be less than a quarter when we entered the cafeteria, with a little girl, there were 4 waiters in line watching the football, their good night, apart from the face they looked at us was, kitchen is closed, if you want a sandwich we can make it for you, poor receptionist didn't know where to go, he saw us leaving, poor man without any guilt apologized to us again and again. So when it says that the kitchen closes at 23h, according to the desire to work! I have to say, we were going to eat two pieces of crap, even if they didn't stain the kitchen, treatment was pitiful and we decided to find another place to eat

I had an outstanding experience here, everything was perfectly fine, the location was convenient very close to the main attractions of the castle, cathedral, churches, a park and the restaurant street San Francisco, 20 minutes walk to historic center. The staff members were all especially helpful and attentive. I have just spent 2 days in single room with a decent bathroom, WiFi, as example, and loved it.

This will save you time and money
Excellent location just yards from vibrant bars and cafes. The room was spacious, equipped with a fridge and safe, and the air conditioning worked well. A beautifully scented patio dining area enhanced relaxation. Free wifi and useful guest toilets in the lobby added convenience to our stay.

That it was clean, it contained the necessary and important things like toilet, towels, TV cabinets, etc., that gave a lot of comfort to my stay. But total silence, except for the bathrooms, but you came out in a unique silence that was perfect. The attention of the staff was very good.
extra beds, I ended up with a sore back, sliding door of the bathroom went out of its location. There are also the old windows, where air was coming in... although the heating was not very noticeable, during the day the room was getting a little cooler. fact that the beds are very close together was not comfortable. There should be a double bed when you ask for an additional bed for a child and not 3 beds because there you can not even go to the closets next door. sound of the bathroom when the lever was lowered, noise was tremendous, loud the sound that woke up the whole building, neighbors upstairs next door heard everything... for the rest well.

Everything was simple in our stay in this hotel. We arrived by car and truth is that it's very easy to find it, as soon as you arrive in Cuenca you start seeing directions to the hotel. We hadn't booked a parking space and it was full, so we had to leave the car parked outside the hotel in the ORA (blue) zone. good location in the lower part of town, close to a lively area of bars, restaurants and pubs. To go up to the Plaza Mayor and walled area it is a 15-20 minute walk, everything is uphill. On the other hand, to get to the San Pablo Bridge and see the famous Hanging Houses, it is about 10 minutes of pleasant walk along the Huecar riverbank. Luminous, spacious, clean room. Same for the bathroom. Comfortable bed. Free wifi with acceptable speed. friendly staff. At the reception they give you a map and show you how to get to the main points of interest in the city and inform you how long it takes to get there. Almost like they would do in a tourist office. very correct buffet breakfast with hot and cold food. To be repeated. Greetings travellers.
We miss some more pillows. Room a bit noisy, you can hear too much noise coming from other rooms, as well as the staff fixing up rooms.

The hotel provided ample amenities, though the
Location was quite convenient, just a stroll away from the old town. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, but the Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable during peak hours. The staff were friendly and offered great local tips.

Great bed and variety of pillows, may seem basic but this already ensures 80% of success . Although it is a classic hotel (because of the type of decoration) the facilities at least of our room were really good. In addition we were on the highest floor and overlooking the historic center of Cuenca. . No noise and very good rest. . In our case we got a really good price, incredible for a 4 star hotel.
The location is not its strong point if you want to walk to the highest part of the historical center (castle), we did it but it is a little more than half an hour at a good pace and with some slopes that not even in the Tourmalet. Even so, the basin is small and everything is close by. It is not something determinant and we would repeat in this hotel.

Perfect location 5 minutes from the centre.very good bed and pillows.powerful shower.spacious room.good view of the wonderful and well kept park in front.fridge that really cools down.several bars nearby for breakfast or a drink not so much for lunch.supermarket 2 streets away.quiet corridor.definitely a correct hotel if it were not for what I am going to say in what I did not like.
Without being unpleasant, reception staff was dry, dry, dry (like most of the inhabitants of Cuenca). They greeted us almost by commitment. We went to pay the stay one day before we left and lady seemed to be bothered by the excuse of if we consumed something or were going to leave earlier. first day we asked how to go to the center and they sent us to the fifth puñeta. lady with glasses, who I suppose was the boss, mistreated a new waitress... So it's not enough to have a good hotel if the workers are a few "malanges".

Absolutely disappoiting stay! The room wasn't updated, fine for some, but I expected more. AC was broken, and no one even bothered to apologize. I thought I'd get some special treatment for my troubles, but clearly, Torremangana can't accomodate a guest like me. Almost considered a good review, but just couldn't.

Location: the hotel was so close to the city centre and the park. After long day I visited La Bodeguilla de Basilio for a couple of drinks

This hotel is very good value for money, especially if staying mid week. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. It is easy to park in nearby streets for a reasonable ticket price. The food in the bar is excellent value for money and the breakfasts keep you going for the whole day. This was our second visit and we will certainly stay again.

Air conditioning ineffective!!! Noise from the street disruptive!!! Bathroom cleanliness could improve!!! It was disappointing to encounter stiff sliding doors and inadequate parking options despite reservation attempts!!!

Reception helpful and professional. Secure parking in garage below, but spaces limited. Quiet hotel and location, a stiff uphill walk from the historic centre of Cuenca, but happily away from the crowded tourist streets. Free WiFi in room, not fast, but adequate.

The hotel was clean and in the most part comfortable. It was just a very short drive to the hanging houses. The beds were comfortable and when we stayed in April we found the situation despite its road location very quiet.
The bath had a chip on the enamel and the shower was an integral part of the bath, and didn't function as well as it should. Also the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The Restaurant didn't open until 9.00 pm and we prefer to eat our main meal earlier at about 7.30 so we walked into to town to one of the many bars for an evening meal.
